I'm guessing they didn't have the OP and ED finished when they sent
Funi the footage for dubbing. So they had to make do with what they had.
I'm fine with it. We still get the meat of the show, and that's the
important part, in fact, I'd argue that overlong OPs and EDs actually
detract from shows by leaving less time for the show proper. Outside of
some certain shows, I usually skip over OPs anyways.
